A DAY IN THE LIFE

This schedule is offered only as a sample to illustrate one of the many types of days our students might have.  Please refer to the specific program page for the tentative schedule for that program.

Generally, the morning session is broken into two class meetings separated by a ten-minute break. Meeting times vary based on curricular choices. During the midday period, students can eat lunch, do homework, use the gym, explore the city, relax with friends, and participate in a variety of organized workshops, including athletics, arts and crafts, panels on college admissions, community outreach projects, special interest clubs, board games, video games, trips to local restaurants, and mini field trips. Please be aware that meeting times for some curricular options overlap with the midday period. There are optional on- and off-campus activities almost every evening. And on the weekends, students are free to participate in organized activities both on campus and in Washington, DC, New York City, Baltimore, and other cities.
